Just wanted to drop you a quick note to express our appreciation for the lovely gift bottle of wine that arrived on our doorstep the week before last.
We are very comfortably settled into our townhouse, with both family and friends commenting on how much they like it and how much it feels "like us"! Our success in landing on our feet in this regard is in no small part due to the fabulous work you did for us, both in the selling stage on Mary St and the buying stage here in Courtice. Both of us would not hesitate for even a second to recommend you to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and you can expect to hear from us at such time that we have a need to move from here.

Before selling our house we decided to interview real estate agents. After talking to the first few we were confused and decided to try one more. Since there were so many "SOLD by Tanya Tierney" signs in our neighbourhood we called Tanya and Rick... and are we ever glad we did!
We knew they were the agents to sell our home almost immediately. Both were full of energy and had so many great ideas and suggestions for attracting the right buyer. They staged our house beautifully (both inside and out), had marvellous photos taken and hosted a very successful open-house. Our home sold in a matter of days and for a price that we were genuinely happy with.
We cannot thank Tanya and Rick enough and we'll definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home! |

We chose to go with Tanya and Rick because from the first time we met them they were sincere and friendly and had a ton of energy and ideas. They went the extra mile helping to "stage" our home (right down to hanging the pictures/lights themselves), and providing us with storage for a lot of our clutter.
We sold our home during a time when the market was starting to slow, and their persistence paid off. They made use of all available information about our area and amenities to help sell our home.

Dear Rick,
Service, service, service!!!! You came to list my home and made some very helpful suggestions as to how to show off my home to the maxium; then you left and allowed me to ready the property for showing. The next week you came back and actually brought "props" to enhance the decor. The process of "staging" took a few hours- then the pictures were taken, and a sign was put on the lawn. That night your office made the first appointment to show the house, and in a week we had 28 showings and an open house. Offers were accepted 8 days from listing and the winning bidder's offer was accepted that night -110%above asking, and sold sign was put on. That allowed me to resume my life(without being clinically clean), and start the process of looking for a new property in Wasaga Beach. Thank you for your professionalism, caring,and commitment. I really feel like you have earned your commission. I recommend you to all my friends. |

Tatanya was the best real estate agent we could have asked for. As first-time home buyers with a limited income she found the right house for us in a short period of time. Our experience with Rick was a genuine pleasure. As first-time condo buyers, he was incredibly accomodating and helpful, coaching us through the process and making sure we were well informed at all stages. This was our first time selling our house, and we were understandably nervous. They walked us through every part of the process, from how to "stage" our house to the final signing when we sold! The time spent looking for my first home with Tanya was extremely enjoyable. I must say she has a tremendous amout of patience as it took me a long time to choose the right house. You were great! I have to admit though it got tiresome with so many people going through my house I thought that it was Grand Central Station.
You were right though it payed off with 8 bids and 120% of Asking price!

I have now bought and sold three homes with you. Your service has been great, any questions that I had were answered quickly and you were always available or got back to me quick. Your instincts on what houses end up selling for in the buying process is uncanny. The fact that you came up with a whole strategy of when to list my houses and how long to hold off on the offers for was great and made a ton of sense when you thought about it.
